How to contact Currys in writing
N.B Update: 11/08/26
Previously you would have been able to email using this address but it has now blocked by a custom mail-flow rule created by an administrator at Dixons Retail. This suggests that the address has not simply been left inactive but that emails to it are being deliberately blocked, perhaps because it was receiving a significant volume of customer enquiries. This is very disappointing as customers end up with an auto reply directing them back to the worse than useless ‘Help’ and ‘Support’ system. I have written to challenge this and will update this page when I get a response.

The number 0344 561 0000 is nothing to do with complaints. Just the usual selection of choices.

thankyou – it’s at least helpful to know that I’m not the only one to find their customer support useless. I’m trying to cancel a Currys Cloud Backup subscription I haven’t used for 3 years. But it is impossible. After much searching I found a cancellation form. But it won’t accept my ‘phone number (maybe because I live outside the UK). Whatever I try it days ” Please match the requested format”- despite the fact that it hasn’t requested a format! Cancellation should be possible bu a simple click – they should need a phone number. and none of the links to contact or support work.
