No such thing for this company who have taken the concept of canapés to a whole new level by making them not just a part of your event but a whole experience within themselves!

Ladies, please tell me about your company and its history
Our quirky bespoke canapé company is almost 4 years old and was founded a little bit by accident around the kitchen table. We have been friends for many years and once the idea came about we worked to re create the canapé and inject some fun into our food. Our aim was for people to fall in love with our scrumptious little mouthfuls. The rest as they say is history!
Why is good customer service important?
Good customer service is vital and it is important to establish where your individual strengths lie and work on that talent. Observation when you are out and about is also helpful as we all pop those amazing experiences into our memory banks.
How would you rate the quality of customer service you deliver and why?
Our level of customer service is extremely important to us. It is predominantly lead by Rachel but our whole team of lovely approachable ladies are charming and we are all able to put our clients at ease. A confident friendly and happy approach should guide you through most eventualities! If you feel you have made a mistake, honesty is always the best policy. Own it and deal with it with a calm and kind approach.
How do you deal with any complaints?
We are fortunate to be able to say that we haven’t found ourselves facing complaints, but if we were to find ourselves in that situation we would deal with a client with respect and discretion. Communication is key.
How do you encourage customer loyalty?
We treat each client as an individual and always look after our customers with the utmost care. We are always generous with our canapés and coupled with our outstanding presentation, delightful team and service we offer a good value event. For a client to feel that they have spent their money wisely and had a brilliant event makes them feel happy and in turn that delights us! We have many longstanding clients who come back to us as they know their guests will love the foodie experience and they can relax knowing they are in safe hands with us.
Why should people choose you as a company?
All of our canapés are fresh, designed from scratch and taste incredible. They are also incredibly beautiful and always catch the eye and become a great talking point. We want to be different and guests always seem to bond over food so our little delights help to break down barriers and get everyone talking. Our experienced service during a party enables any client to just enjoy their event be it corporate, a private party or a wedding!

I’ve been so lucky to have had the opportunity to experience first hand the quality of their products and service for my birthday, my annual 21st of course, and cannot recommend them highly enough! The canapés are beyond amazing and the service second to none!
