Oh my goodness, today’s Saturday Spotlight guest will have those of you who love dogs as much as I love my privilegedpup wanting to get married all over again! I am so pleased to be able to welcome Chris from Short Legs Wedding Dog Care to the Lady Janey sofa to chat about the customer service she provides to her little four legged friends and their owners.

Hi Chris, welcome to Saturday Spotlight, please tell me about your company and its history

Short Legs is based in Cheltenham and works with wedding venues, in the county of Gloucestershire and beyond, to help couples take their four-legged friends along to their big day. Having been a dog-lover and owner all my life and having worked in the hospitality and wedding industry I saw a gap in the market so set up Short Legs in order to help people share their special day with every member of the family and their best friend.

Why is good customer service important? How would you rate the quality of customer service you deliver and why?

Being one of the most important days in the life of the Bride and Groom good customer service is vital. I provide this by ensuring I carry out the wishes of the couple to the letter and never get in the way. Every Wedding is a one-off so I rely on reputation and recommendations to get future bookings without great customer service this just won’t happen.

Why should people choose you as a company?

I offer a dedicated handling and care package for the wedding couple’s dog(s). This can be as little or as much as is required including chaperone down the aisle, photographs, walking during the Wedding Breakfast or even overnight boarding in my own home.

Where can people find you?

You can find me via my website and I am also on Facebook and Twitter.

I have also been featured on: www.hitched.co.uk/wedding-something-different/gloucestershire/short-legs-dog-care_35115.htm

It has been so very lovely to chat to Chris today as my Saturday Spotlight interview guest! I literally cannot breathe as would have loved to have had my beautiful privilegedpup as a little puppy bridesmaid when we got married. This is just such a fabulous idea and I absolutely love it! If you’ve got a wedding coming up and you want to make sure all your family is there even the very special four legged members, then this is the solution you’ve been looking for!

Until next week’s Saturday Spotlight everyone!

Cin cin!

Lady Janey x
