One of the best things about Saturday Spotlight is that I have the pleasure of touring the Cotswolds finding the very best of the best to share with you all. This week is no exception as I return to the world of food and drink with the very talented Ali from Mini Morsels who is here on the Lady Janey sofa to chat to me about her fabulous catering business.

Hi Ali, please tell me about your company and its history

I started Mini Morsels after I had my first child and wanted to work for myself. I have been catering for a Private Jet Company for a few years now and decided I wanted to branch out and cater for the general public. I cater for Children’s Parties with a selection of great food suitable for all ages, I can feed the adults too! I also offer Private Afternoon Tea’s, all the Chintz, great food and no hassle! Suitable for any type of occasion from Baby Showers to Hen Do’s to Birthday Parties. All prepared in my 5* Rated Home Kitchen.

Why is good customer service important?

Good customer service is highly important to me. My main source of advertising is word of mouth so it’s vital that my service is fab from start to finish!

How would you rate the quality of customer service you deliver and why?

I rate my customer service highly. I try to respond to queries as soon as possible and always aim to get quotes out within 24 hours from enquiry. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and I make sure my food comes with a smile.

How do you deal with any complaints?

Luckily I’ve never had any complaints but if I ever get one I’ll always aim to make sure the customer ends up happy with the end result.

Why should people choose you as a company?

People should choose me because I’m good at what I do! I love to make people happy with my food and comes in at a good price as well.

Where can people find you?

You can contact me via email at eat@minimorsels.co.uk and find me on Facebook or Instagram.

It has been really lovely to chat to Ali today! It’s at times like this that I start to think I need to have parties more often so that I can discover more of what my Saturday Spotlight guests have to offer. There are endless reviews on Ali’s Facebook page recommending her for not only the quality of the catering but also for the first class service she offers. Organising a party can be very stressful so I for one would be quite happy to kick off my heels with a large glass of wine while Ali ensures all my guests are well fed and happy.

Impressively, Ali is also a MumBoss club member. This is a group which was originally set up in 2017 by Cheltenham Blogger Cheltenham Maman as a support network for women in business. I’m not sure being a puppy mummy quite qualifies me for membership of the group itself but if any other MumBosses would like to take part in Saturday Spotlight, I’d be delighted to host you so please do give me a shout!

Until next week everyone! Cin cin!
